Anaglyph 3D are different from other 3D that we see in 3D TV's. They are seen through red cyan glass and the Anaglyph 3D movies are just movies with separated red and cyan channel. Actually they are not separated the red channel and the cyan channel are moved by few pixels and this creates an illusion of the 3D.
