I have a Dell XPS12 ultabook that I've been using with 2 extenal monitors at home and at work. I use 2 different port replicators, a Dell3000 at home and a Targus at work. They both worked fine. Immediately after upgrading to Windows 10 they worked.

Now all of a sudden the external monitors aren't recognized. I've updated drivers, reinstalled latest drivers from Display link, 7.9.630, to no avail. I even uninstalled the 7.9.630 driver and tried the earlier drivers, to no avail.

Dell Pro support can't solve the problem either. Thanks for your answer. My Samsung monitors are 2468W, they are identical and they work. My port replicator is Dell d3000. Twice since this problem occurred the monitors and the ethernet connection have worked.

(The only thing that works through the port replicator right now is the bluetooth for the external keyboard and mouse.). When Microsoft support helped the external monitors worked until I powered down and disconnected from the port replicator. The next day the port replicator wasn't recognized, nor the ethernet connection. Then Dell sent me a new driver.

I downloaded it and again the port replicator worked for a day. I've tried disconnecting the power from the port replicator and the USB, restarting, reconnecting, doesn't work. Please advise.
