Usually, using Cheat Engine on single-player flash games is pretty safe and you have a very low risk of getting caught, especially since Crazy Taxi is a third-party game (not created by Swagbucks) so they shouldn't be able to see or know what you are doing in-game. That said, I don't know how Swagbucks monitors this type of thing; even though it seems unlikely, it's possible they have a way of detecting third-party programs that try and mess with a game.
